This was an existing Keyfoods supermarket store and car-park. We were contracted to fully demolish the building interior, roof and two of the structural side walls and to re-hab the building, adding on 5,000 sq ft of additional retail space to the existing structure. This work also includes ripping up and replacing the existing site car-park, landscaping, drainage system, site sidewalks and entrance ramps. The completed site has (2) tenants, Walgreens and a new Keyfoods supermarket.
