Contracted to renovate a two floor 4,000 sq. ft. specialty Walgreens pharmacy incorporating a consultation room, conference room, sales/waiting area, restroom and pharmacy with office and employee area. Additionally the cellar was converted into a full floor storage space. Re-levelling of existing floor structure was required and new flooring, ACT ceilings and HVAC system were installed. New plumbing, fire alarm and electrical work were also completed. All new & existing walls were painted. New pharmacy steel fixtures, shelving, custom millwork and signage were installed as well as steel fixtures on sales floor. Custom made glass doors were also installed for the new consultation and conference rooms.
