Full floor renovation of an existing office space. Work had to be completed in phases to allow full office operations during construction. Work included demolition of all existing office finishes, new framing and drywall for a new office layout, new HVAC systems and ductwork, new electrical and data systems, new plumbing and sprinkler work. A full kitchen renovation, new flooring, new conference rooms and new reception area were also completed.
